• issue a full refund where payment has already been collected.

Payment must be received in full before Products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Apple Pay;

• Google Pay;

• bank transfer;

The Company does not store customers' complete payment card details.

Failure to successfully verify payment may result in cancellation of the Order.

Receipt of an automated order acknowledgement confirms only that the Company has received the Order and does not constitute acceptance of that Order.

If payment has already been collected, the Company shall refund the amount paid using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon physical delivery of the Products to the Customer or to a person identified by the Customer to take possession of the Products. 

Legal ownership (title) of the Products shall remain with the Company until full payment has been received and cleared. 

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory rights granted to Consumers under applicable law.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall affect any mandatory rights granted to Consumers under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus or the European Union. 

Consumers shall continue to benefit from all legal guarantees relating to conformity of goods, remedies for defective products and other statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract. 

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer legislation, the applicable legislation shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

The Company supplies cosmetic products intended solely for cosmetic purposes and in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union, including Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on Cosmetic Products, as amended from time to time. 

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Product packaging, cosmetic Products are intended for external use only. 

Customers should always:

• carefully read the Product label and instructions before use;

• perform a patch test where appropriate;

• discontinue use immediately if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs;

• avoid contact with the eyes unless the Product is specifically intended for such use;

• keep Products out of the reach of children;

Accordingly, the Company cannot guarantee that every Product will produce identical results for every Customer. 

The Company shall not be liable for adverse reactions resulting from: 

• known or unknown allergies;

• misuse of Products;

• failure to follow instructions;

• failure to review ingredient information before use.

Food supplements are supplied solely as nutritional supplements.

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit or remove any user content at its sole discretion.

Customers may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations without the Company's prior written consent.

Any waiver shall only be effective if made in writing. 

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed. 

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer concerning use of the Website and the purchase of Products.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection legislation, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website or any Contract between the Company and the Customer shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
