Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts)
Where applicable under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union, Consumers purchasing Products online may have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must communicate a clear statement of their decision before expiry of the withdrawal period.
The Company may provide a withdrawal form for convenience; however, its use shall not be mandatory.
Upon valid withdrawal, the Company shall reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, including the standard cost of delivery where required by law, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
The Company may withhold reimbursement until:
• the Products have been returned; or
• the Consumer has supplied satisfactory evidence of return,
whichever occurs first.
The Consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the Products unless otherwise required by law.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply where excluded under applicable legislation, including but not limited to:
• sealed cosmetic products which have been unsealed after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene;
• sealed food supplements which have been opened after delivery;
• Products made to the Customer's specifications;
• personalised Products;
• Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• any other Product exempted under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights relating to defective or nonconforming Products.
Returns Policy
Subject to applicable law, Products may be returned only in accordance with the Company's Returns Policy.
Unless the return relates to statutory consumer rights, Products should:
• be unused;
• remain in their original condition;
• include original packaging;
• include all accessories where applicable;
• be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Before returning any Product, Customers should contact the Company to obtain return instructions.
Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If the Company supplies:
• an incorrect Product;
• a damaged Product;
• a defective Product;
• a Product not conforming to the Contract,
the Customer should notify the Company as soon as reasonably practicable.
Following assessment, the Company may, in accordance with applicable law:
• repair the Product;
• replace the Product;
• provide a price reduction;
• issue a full or partial refund.
Nothing contained in these Terms excludes any statutory remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms shall affect any mandatory rights granted to Consumers under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus or the European Union.
Consumers shall continue to benefit from all legal guarantees relating to conformity of goods, remedies for defective products and other statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract.
Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer legislation, the applicable legislation shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
